To receive a NetCheque account, please provide the following information:

Please choose an account name. We suggest that you choose your personal name
with an underscore separating the first and middle name or initials and your
last name. For example: "John_Q_Public" or "John_Public"

Account Name:

We request your electronic mail address so that we can:
1) Return information you will need to use your NetCheque account,
2) Contact you if there are any problems with your account

E-mail Address:

Please provide us with a preferred Kerberos Principal Name and initial
password. Please do not provide a realm name extension. We will append
"/demo@NETCHEQUE.ISI.EDU" to your principal name.
